Creatomate asset generator

Follow these steps to generate creatomate assets and adding them to specific sections for users.

Creation of template

1. Create a template on creatomate
2. Assign a tag to template. Tags can be assigned by clicking on the 3 dots option
3. Make sure the tag contains '-ms-' field. For eg. the tag should be like 'impact-poster-ms-campaign'

Generation of data sheet

1. Create a sheet that contains username column and other dynamic data fields
2. The name of the sheet will be the name of the campaign
3. Make sure to share the sheet with [email protected] and give it edit rights

Initiating the generation

1. Go to https://galactus.run/admin/sharing/creatomateassetsgenerator/add/ and add relevant details
2. That's it, after saving the model, process will start

Tracking the generations

1. Go to https://galactus.run/admin/user/usersharecontent/ and filter by campaign. The campaign, as mentioned earlier was the name of the sheet
2. Count the number of objects being generated to keep the track of completion of process

Adding templates to user's section

1. Simply add relevant details here: https://galactus.run/admin/sharing/sharingposttemplate/

That's it, you are done.
