and set some options, in my case i'l set default proxy in command line it will be like this: aria2c.exe --all-proxy=http://myproxyaddr:8080 http://downld/url.file
in aria2.conf it was single line:
all-proxy=http://myproxyaddr:8080
w/o --

is rpc-listen-port is mandatory?
