To install above packages, store this file as req.txt and use

sudo pip3 install -r req.txt

Use for updating and upgrading the Python packages:

sudo pip3 freeze --local | grep -v '^\-e' | cut -d = -f 1 | xargs -n1 sudo pip3 install -U
