Known Limitations:
- No extraction method for Visual C++ 6, 8, and 10 are implemented.
  Version 6 and 8 likely would require the ability to extract a MSI.
- Visual C++ 9, 11 and 12 don't extract with nicely named files. For example,
  a file is named F_CENTRAL_msvcr120_x64 rather than msvcr120.dll.

That's right. I updated VS after the dotnet 8 release. And an error occurred in the installer that left me with a mess of missing msi files from my \ProgramData\Package Cache. Internet results were mostly red herrings until I found your script which helped me sort it out.
