TrackMyTour to MapOut

TrackMyTour

  1. On-demand manual addition of waypoints during or after a ride (current location / hand picked location / photo geotags)
  2. Basic diary features (text/emoji, status icons) which supports some Markdown
  3. Data can be exported as KML or CSV, including links to original photo uploads (geotags are stripped but could be re-embedded)
  4. Offline map option

MapOut

  1. Elevation graph
  2. Scrubbing of Start/End point
  3. Editable routes
  4. See multiple routes at the same time

Together

  1. Open Track My Tour app on iPhone
  2. Open desired tour
  3. 3 dots > Share > Notes app
  4. Tap and drag to select URL below blurb > Share > Firefox app
  5. Select "KML" > Download Now > Downloads > Tap to open file at top of list
  6. Geo Convertor > GPX > Convert > Share > Mapout
  7. Tap to open map at top of list > Expand icon
  8. Scrub A and B to zoom in on a section and see elevation data
