Backup and restore a mysql database from a running Docker mysql container

# Backup
docker exec CONTAINER /usr/bin/mysqldump -u root --password=root DATABASE > backup.sql
# Restore
cat backup.sql | docker exec -i CONTAINER /usr/bin/mysql -u root --password=root DATABASE

导出所有数据库：
# Backup
docker exec CONTAINER /usr/bin/mysqldump -u root --password=root --all-databases > backup.sql
ps: 导入一定要是同一版本数据库，否则重启后可能会有bug(导出的库包含了系统数据库)
