In our company we're 6 people sitting in the office. The problem is that I am the only technical person. So at least 50% of my time is going on IT support.

I do stuff like cloning databases, writing fast scripts for WP, coding automation scripts and other stuff like that. Anyway, those are all really simple tasks so we decided to hire someone for that position. I think it's called DevOps.

Here are the responsibilities for this position:

* Priority 1 (20% of the time):
  * Give technical support with JS, HTML, CSS, PHP
  * Implement changes in Wordpress sites
  * some more technical tasks like cloning databases, freeing up space of databases
* Priority 2 (when there are no one to support)
  * Implement server deployment strategies. (Right now we deploy our servers with Ansible. I wrote the scripts 2 years ago. They are out dated)
  * Perform backups
  * Research server monitoring strategies
  * Code wordpress plugins in PHP.

Requirements:
* Conversational English (That's more important than his level of programming. He will be in touch with people who speak only english).
* PHP
* JS
* HTML
* CSS
* Linux

The programming tasks are not complicated. The most important skill of all is english speaking and super responsible person.
