This time not taking any fitness to start, since that's the main difference I saw between my builds and Bacon's. Working towards 66600 and then will start adding in the passive, which Bacon believes triggers it.

NOTE: I have unbound USE and bound it to E in the coalesced.bin
If nothing is noted, it matches default
Changes listed are all changed in the IN GAME MENU

  • Cover Turn: UNBOUND
  • Swap Weapon: UNBOUND
  • Order Rally: UNBOUND
  • Order Squadmate 1/2: UNBOUND
  • Order Attack: UNBOUND
  • Quick Slot 5: 5, Middle Mouse Button
  • Quick Slot 6: 6, C
  • Quick Slot 7: 7, Thumb Mouse Button
  • Quick Slot 8: 8, Z
  • Voice Chat (HOLD): Tab, Numpad *
    • (NOTE: Numpad * is bound to a second thumb button on my mouse through the mouse drivers)

When I UNBIND Z as a SECONDARY binding for Quick Slot 8 in the IN GAME MENU before selecting Talon, I LOST THERMAL CLIP PACKS in the next game.

Setting Z as a secondary binding AFTER switching to Talon DID NOT return thermal clip packs.
Switching characters, resetting Z as a secondary binding, then switching back to Talon DID NOT return thermal clip packs.
RESTARTING GAME (with non-Talon character selected) DID NOT return thermal clip packs

So apparently I can consistently get the bug finally. WAT
