| sudo mv libleveldb.* /usr/local/lib | |

| sudo cp -R leveldb /usr/local/include | |
| sudo ldconfig |
sudo apt-get install python3-pip python3-dev && python3 -m pip install -U leveldb

you can install leveldb on ubuntu using libleveldb-dev instead. Work for me:
sudo apt-get install libleveldb-dev
