    Sonian is hiring experienced work-at-home Ruby On Rails developers
    in Central/South America.  We are looking for a highly motivated,
    goal-oriented individuals who will be responsible for designing,
    building and maintaining our flagship UI.
    
    Responsibilities
    * Pair program on Skype with other developers
    * Produce high quality, well-documented BDD code
    * Design new features & improve existing ones in our RoR app
    * Maintain our up-to-date RoR app with the latest Rails & BDD
      tools
    * Deliver software iteratively every 2 weeks
    
    Requirements
    * Resident on the Continent of America
    * Speak/write/read English fluently
    * Distributed source control experience with Git
    * Demonstrated success as a Ruby on Rails developer
    * Understanding of Software as a Service and "white-labeled" Rails
      apps
    * Bonus: Knowledgeable in email, IM, enterprise content and other
      document formats
