Check current timezone

date 
timedatectl

Option 1 – Using timedatectl

Using timedatectl, check first available timezones

timedatectl list-timezones
sudo timedatectl set-timezone "Asia/Jakarta"

Option 2 – Using /etc/localtime

Backup first

mv /etc/localtime /etc/localtime-backup
ln -s /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Jakarta /etc/localtime
