Add 150 ml oil ( preferably sunflower)
Add 50 ml ghee
Add garam masala ( spices )
Add 400 g onion fry till golden brown (25 to 30 mins
Add ginger garlic past ( 110 g ginger and 80 g garlic, turn the heat to sim now as they get burnt , fry for 10 to 15 mins )
Add 100 ml curd, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 35 g salt, 2 tablespoon chilli powder, 4 green chillis, tomatoes and mint and coriander leaves ( stir for 10 mins )
Add chicken now
Wait till oil is separated
Add 1 ltr hot water
Wait till the chicken is cooked, meanwhile have a vessel with water heated already ( preferably a big vessel ) add 35 g salt , half lemons juice few mint leaves,add the 1 kg soaked rice..( wait for the water to boil well before adding rice) ... cook exactly for 2 mins
Separate the water and rice...
Now put the 2 mins boiled rice in the biriyani pan, check if chicken is cooked well before adding.
Add color if u prefer
Now close the lid keep a heavy vessel over the top of the biriyani pan, preferably a hot water filled pan.

Turn off and leave undisturbed for 10mins.
