Looking for someone that is technically savvy, a quick learner and thinks that business application development, particularly medical records software is really cool.  And can deal with a startup.
 
The pay is $25/hr max for now, so a new college grad (of any age) looking for a opportunity to learn this business is best.
 
Skills in order of preference:
 
1) Linux, Unix, Windows power user
2) Software developer conversant in the LAMPP stack
3) Javascript (jquery preferred).
4) Database skills in SQL, MySQL preferred
5) Understands basic networking, ssh and file sharing protocols
6) Understands how to use collaboration websites to communicate
7) Team oriented
8) Speaks fluent English (as a second language is fine)
9) Has high speed Internet access
10) Has a sense of humor
11) Likes Beer and Bluegrass Music
 
The job would be contract at first 20-30 hrs per week converting to full time if the company gets there.  There are two companies, so twice the chance
