Guiding Questions to Define The Relationship:

• What are each of our learning goals for this project? What drives us in this project?
  • Eric & Eddie: Get a better grasp on React by DOING.
• What is your collaboration style? How do you feel about pair programming vs. divide-and-conquer approaches?
  • Mix of Both, pair for the important stuff and divide and conquer for the rest.
• How do you communicate best? How do you appreciate receiving communication from others?
  • Zoom and sometimes Slack.
• What are each of our strengths? How can our strengths complement each other?
  • Eric: Designing comp and styling.
  • Eddie: also design and styling.
• What’s gone well or poorly in your previous projects?
  • Lack of commuinication and zoom calls.
  • Availability.
• How will we overcome obstacles?
  • Communicate well and plan for those obstacles.
• What do you need (resources, environment, communication) to do your best work?
  • Eddie: If stuck needs time to figure it out on their own.
  • Eric: Needs some solo work time.
• What scheduling restraints do you have? What are your scheduling preferences?
  • Use project work time! Meet for a couple of hours around the middle of the day. See how it goes. MST 7:30pm - 8:30pm hard cut off time. Let Eric sleep!
• What tools do you want to use to manage the project?
  • Github project board.
• How do you know if a project is successful? How can we achieve that as a group?
  • If were on the same page and we have enough time to finish early and hit up and extentiions.
