Hi, I'm contacting you in regards to your logged e-ticket, 2010451316 for your overheating issue and your buzzing sound issue.
Firstly, could you please reply to this email with a video of the buzzing noise, if possible?
Then, please perform the following:

Right-click on the battery icon in Windows 10. Click on Power Options. On your current Plan, select 'Change Plan Settings'. Click on 'Change advanced power settings'. Scroll down to Processor Power Management and expand it by clicking on the '+'. Expand Maximum Processor State and change the figures for 'On battery' and 'Plugged in' from 100% to 99%. Check, does the overheating persist?

Please check if the buzzing noise persists on external speakers or earphones/headphones when it is 50% and above in volume.

Please perform a battery reset by powering off machine and removing AC adapter and external peripherals. Then, press and hold the emergency reset hole (as show in the image below) for 10 seconds (you may press using a straightened paper clip or a sim card pin or a not too sharp pin). This is to re-activate battery in case there is communication error between controller chip. Then, press on the power button for 15 seconds. Power on and check, does the issue persist?

Please power off and power on the laptop, and upon power on, repeatedly press f1 to go into BIOS settings, and press f9 to reset BIOS settings.
6.Please power off and power on the laptop, and upon power on, repeatedly press f10 to go into diagnostics, and please run a Quick scan>Run all. Is there any failures in the diagnostics?
