Weeell there's only two "good" sniper films and you've watched Shooter, the other is Enemy at the Gates unfortunately not on Netflix SE.
You seem to have been watching a lot of action films so here's something else:
- The Jacket, kinda creepy-scary semi-supernatural thriller thing.
- What Women Want, no but seriously it's dumb and a romcom but you might enjoy it.
- Let The Right One In, not only a great vampire film but culturally appropriate!
- The Devil's Advocate, Keanu Reeves is literally the Devil's Advocate.
- The Thomas Crown Affair, OK it's a little bit action-y but only a little.
- Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, comedy-action, rewatched this the other day and it totally holds up.
- Catch Me If You Can, bit fun, bit weird, pretty decent.
- The Terminal, light-hearted, well acted.
- American History X
- The Quick and the Dead, the biggest fuckin cast in the goddamn world do a western. And I don't even like westerns.
- Serpico, more corrupt cops!
- Serendipity, another not terrible romcom.
- Miss Potter, pretty delightful Beatrix Potter biopic.
- Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium, pretty decent fun film, also Natalie Portman is in it.
- No Country for Old Men, oh those Coen brothers!
Some TV:
- Justified (Season 1, Season 2), this is a really good series, like The Wire but with hicks.
- Orange is the New Black, only watched the first episode so far but it has my interest piqued. NSFW in parts (NSFHospital?)
- Like, all of Red Dwarf is on there.
- Also a bunch of standup so definitely watch all that.
- Shaun the Sheep, Season 1
- Spooks (aka MI-5), all 8 seasons are on there.
- Mythbusters, first 3 seasons.
- The Unit, first 4 seasons, military drama.
And finally some more dumb action:
- Outbreak
- Lethal Weapon (1, 2, 3, 4), I watch this series at least once a year.
- The Rock, I went there recently and didn't see a single bit used in the film. What a cheat!
- Romeo Must Die, hope you like martial arts and Aaliyah!
- Payback, GIVE ME BACK MY SON!
PS suggested films not (yet?) on Netflix SE:
- Olympus Has Fallen, it's not bad, kinda like Die Hard 4.0
- Zodiac, well-made serial killer film
- Joshua, like The Omen but without the supernatural
- Million Dollar Baby, thought-provoking boxing film (I know right)
- Event Horizon
- Moneyball, Brad Pitt not doing action.
