Outline:

Anyone having question about Freelancing, Outsourcing and Tech Business might get help online and offline.

We need the following services:

• Interactive Help Database
• Helpline
• Premium Consultation

Pitfalls:

• Govt. might restrict servies, add unnecessary VAT, or ask for license.
• If free, the helpline team will not be paid for their hard work and lose interest over-time.
• Some institutions (Fake, or Any Telecom Company) may create their own helpline service to make money out of helpless people.
• If use personal number, they will never have sleep because of simple questions.

Solution:

• We have to build a Help Database,

• People will get help interactively.

• They will be asked to choose what they want.

• Responsive, minimal and helpful layout.

• {Team members might do the whole process free, or get the expenses from Crowdfunding}

• We have to Add a Live Chat service

• Whoever don't understand anything or have further questions, may consult the live chat service.

• [This service needs supervision and connection to freelance and tutorial services]

• {Team members might get paid for their ACTIVE service or do for free}

• We have to Add a Phone Help Line

• Whoever not comfortable or not in such situation may ask via phone.

• {If no call center, At-least 10 personal numbers need to forward calls, 10 concurrent members then!}

• {Team members might get paid for their ACTIVE service or do for free}

• We have to have a final Consultation Service (Premium)

• Whoever wants to consult or learn 1-on-1, might use this Consultation service (at an International Real Consultation Service Rate).

• This way, the consultation guys can bear the expenses to keep the free services live.

• Whoever works as Freelance and Business consultant, might work as team or be forwarded if necessary, team might hire people to do this.

Who Will Lead:

• Mid-Level Experts will do the whole project as it will help them increase their credibility.
