- May 20-21, 2016
- Detroit, MI
- $200-$300, depending on registration time
- http://selfconference.org/
- Detroit conference - great for hiring opportunities and developer community outreach. If we only get one, this is not my top-most pick, but as a software company in Michigan, we should absolutely be going. If possible, I'd like to do self.conf and An Event Apart SF
- October 31 - November 2, 2016
- San Francisco, CA
- $500-$1290
- http://aneventapart.com/event/san-francisco-2016
- This is the one I wanna go to. Talks mostly unannounced but they have a good track record. The SF event fits better than Seattle, looks a lot better than the Chicago ones, and is in warm sunny California. Pricing is "reasonable" and lasts for a few days.
- March 7-10, 2016
- San Francisco, CA
- $1400-3000
- http://conferences.oreilly.com/fluent/javascript-html-us
- Expensive af but looks awesome. good talks about react, angular, node, and deployment strategies. Timing and pricing will probably not work this year, but we should try to attend this in the future.
- July 28, 2016
- San Francisco, CA
- Unnannounced, but ~$200-$400, depending on package and registration time

- I wish this one was longer because it's cool af.
- June 5-10, 2016
- Las Vegas, NV
- $700 - $3000, depending on package and registration time
- https://adcwest.techwell.com/
- Expensive as fuck and seems really corporate. Talks look cool, mostly focused around agile development processes and methodologies instead of the tools.
- July 15, 2016
- San Francisco, CA
- $250 early bird
- http://www.generateconf.com/san-francisco-2016/
- talks look just okay, not long enough.
- April 16, 2016
- Amsterdam, Netherlands
- €130.00 - €250.00, depending on registration time
- http://react-amsterdam.com/
- OKAY HEAR ME OUT
- if we buy plane tickets early, this might not cost more than O'Reilly.
- Okay this one is really infeasible but I want to go to Amsterdam and learn about react.
