hq-health is a self-hosted personal health-data aggregation tool used solely by its owner (Erik) and his immediate household (Jess). It is not a product, not a service, and is not offered to the public.
Health and biometric data from the owner's connected wearable devices and apps, including (but not limited to):
- Sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, recovery scores
- Body weight, body composition, blood pressure
- Continuous glucose monitor readings
- Daily activity, exercise, steps
- Nutrition (calories, macros)
- Bedroom temperature and sleep environment data
All data is stored on a single privately-owned server on the owner's home network. No data is transmitted to any third party other than the original data sources (e.g., Oura, Whoop, Withings, Dexcom) from which it is being retrieved.
None. No data is shared, sold, transmitted to advertisers, used for analytics, or processed by any third-party service. The owner does not aggregate or anonymize this data for any external use.
The application authenticates against third-party APIs (Oura, Whoop, Withings, etc.) using OAuth credentials issued to the owner. These credentials authorize hq-health to read the owner's own data; they do not authorize access to any other user's data.
This is a personal project. There is no support contact and no inquiries are accepted from third parties. For takedown or data-access concerns, contact the owner directly via the GitHub repository at https://github.com/erikj27/hq-health.
