Scrum game

Estimation exercise ~ 2 h

iteration 1 - strawberries eating association - individually, no collaboration, estimate (charge and deadline) consume x000 strawberries - 3 minutes to decide

Discuss exceptions, differences, approaches … All estimations are correct. 

iteration 2 - apples eating association - in teams, estimate workload and deadline for y000 apples, 5 minutes to decide

iteration 3 - fruits eating association - strawberries, apples, bananas, watermellons, zapote, kg grapes ... 10 minutes to decide ->

was it hard? how confident are you in the estimates?

 -> fruit points estimation, backlog calculation, release burndown, 1-2 sprint planning and simulation ... clarify the group questions
