Tictok Creator Marketplace

Issues:

  • not convenient
  • -hard to get in as a creator
  • prefer to manually reach out
  • huge fee taken by tictok
  • -bad suggestion given to brands

Agency

Typically make sure you will reach X million followers, Y million views Eg. they will pick 20 people who can fill the need, and pay eg. $200/video Brand typically don't have expertise watching tictok, need content creator recommendations. Want recommendations for influencers who do similar work (Algorithmic matching is a potential solution)

Agencies exist since brands are lazy/busy/not experts Currently pays via paypal in 30 days, also venmo, cashapp

Squad

Maria would market for them with 8k/month budge Apple store app of day several times

  • would manually choose people on tictok and ask them to promote app
  • Uses video views as main crtieria, engagement rate, and brand ambassadors
  • Would target comedy tictokers for Squad
  • Would also try hitting the "For You" page with really creative content
  • Would do bulk deals for long term relationships. eg $200 for first video. Later pay $150/video for 3 videos

Have tools to suggest who is a good influencer. Ie. Who is best in category x, who went viral, trending, are featured, in a relevant category, rising star
