What if I want to add custom HTML ?, is there a way to go through the elements (links) ?

Example HTML:

    <div class="col-xs-6">
      <ul>
        <li>no link</li>
        <li class="class"><a href=""></a>link 1</li>
        <li class="class"><a href=""></a>link 2</li>
      </ul>
    </div>
    <div class="col-xs-6">
      <ul>
        <li class="class"><a href=""></a>link 3</li>
        <li class="class2"><a href=""></a>link 4</li>
      </ul>
    </div>
