My self guided mediation routine
Laying in bed completely still, imagine yourself laying on the beach.
Feel yourself sunk slightly into the warm sand.
Feel the hot sun warming your body slightly, then a cool breeze wafts over you.
Hear the ocean just over the rise, the waves breaking on the beach.
Feel yourself sink into the sand a little more. As you do, feel your feet relax.
Then let your ankles relax. The your calves, then hips. With each relaxation, feel yourself sinking a little more into the warm sand. Hear the ocean, feel the breeze.
Feel your a shoulders sink into the sand and your torsoe. Then your elbows and wrists and hands.
Finally feel your head sink into that warm sand.
Continue to repeate this, feeling yourself relax and sink with the cool breeze and warm sun. Think only of this, how your body feels upon the beach.
