 Enhancement request for Ninefold Chat Support
 Spoke to Eden H Support Operator at Ninefold

 Ahh just one feedback if you can pass it on to the team

 When I open this help chat screen I have to do the following:
 1. Unminimise the chat screen
 2. Press 'Chat'
 3. Get told to wait cause Im X in the queue
 4. What this means for me is that it's a blocking IO on what I want to talk about as I can't just type in whats on my mind right now. I have to wait around until I get to the front of the queue and the nice person says 'hi' before I can say what I came to say.

 What I want it to do is this:
 1. Unminimise the chat screen
 2. Chat type box is right there and I can type in what I want. (on ur end this also gives the perception of quicker service).
 3. A small text message pops up and says 'Im X in the queue someone will be with me shortly'
 4. Then when support gets on you can read my message straight away and all this time Im not staring at my monitor trying to keep my question in my head but instead can focus on somthing else until such time as you come back with a response
