たとえば、画面遷移をさせる時に遷移先へはこんな感じで遷移させるよねぇ。

self.navigationController?.pushViewController(vc, animated: true)

vcが遷移先なんだけど、
こいつを遷移前に作っとかないと遷移はできないので、

let vc = ParamViewController(nibName : "ParamViewController", bundle : nil)

こんな感じでParamViewController.xibを指定するけど、このxibにはParamViewController.swiftっているSource Fileを教えてやらないと、NSObjectのままだと、まずいかなぁーと思いきや！
全然問題無かった。FilesOwnerってなんだぁ？

xibにボタンを追加して、そのボタンアクションをParamViewControllerにつなげるときに
クラスが正しくないとつながらないでしょ
