This is a 4000rpm CNC Lathe
Manufactured in 1999 | |
Everything Works Great.
Some of the things included.
Emco PC 55 Turn CNC Lathe
Emco Fanuc O Controls | |
Complete PC with Emco's RS485 ISA Card Installed
Comes with all cords, cables, keyboard and mouse.
Monitor on swing arm | |
Manuals on PC, Fanuc O user guide, WinCam Guide Level 1 and Level 2.
Emco Software and machine data disk.
Slide right tool, slide left tool and cutting tool are in turret.
Joystick that I programmed to machine.
Machine key and chuck key
Machine wax | |
This machine has been fully tested in WinCam and WinNc. All spindle speed variations tested, the axis drive speeds, and the turrets tool changer. Both axis drive smoothly throughout the whole bed. Fanuc O control keys work great.
I installed a joystick controller to drive the machine too. You can control both axis and the drive speed.
Please watch videos, they tell you what is being shown.
The PC has Windows 98se on it. It is the highest windows operating system that will work with Emco's software. The PC is reliable and fast for running Emco's programs. It is an older PC because it needs the ISA card slot. The computer is nothing fancy and really is just used for the machine only.
The PC Turn 55 enables all major processing possibilities of an industrial CNC machine:
Facing, plain and contour turning.
Grooving. | |
Drilling. | |
Emco 'PC' CNC machines are compatible with CAD/CAM systems and are user friendly. Offer full compatibility with industrial CNC machines and
proprietary control systems.
