as a Heroku app developer

Any ruby app (following heroku conventions) could use that buildpack:

$ cd my-heroku-ruby-app
$ docker build -t my-heroku-app-as-a-docker-container . <<END
FROM fabiokung/heroku-buildpack-ruby
END
