configure lrzsz for iterm2

Steps

1.Install lrzsz：brew install lrzsz

2.Copy iterm2-send-zmodem.sh and iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh scripts to /usr/local/bin/

Change to executatble mode for scripts

chmod 777 /usr/local/bin/iterm2-*

4.Configure Iterm2 Tirgger features，profiles->default->editProfiles->Advanced Tirgger

Add two triggers，configure Regular expression，Action，Parameters，Instant separately：

1.First trigger
        Regular expression: rz waiting to receive.\*\*B0100
        Action: Run Silent Coprocess
        Parameters: /usr/local/bin/iterm2-send-zmodem.sh
        Instant: checked
2.Second trigger
        Regular expression: \*\*B00000000000000
        Action: Run Silent Coprocess
        Parameters: /usr/local/bin/iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh
        Instant: checked
