Print Codex banked rate-limit reset credits as a small table.

OpenAI describes the feature as rate-limit reset banking / banked rate-limit resets in the June 11, 2026 ChatGPT release notes. This script uses the private ChatGPT endpoint that currently exposes per-credit grant and expiry timestamps.

Requires bash, curl, jq, column, and Codex auth at ${CODEX_HOME:-$HOME/.codex}/auth.json.
