For not working - did you shut down SE and try again?
Not working for me either. Shutting down Sublime Text and trying again doesn't help. Related issue.
The regexp is no longer valid for Ruby 2.0, here is working version but I have a project path hardcoded since I work with many Rails Engines as subprojects: https://gist.github.com/lzap/761c86111c0c14fe6e140c267a5626bb
