We woke up early for Nanay's flight back home. Then, it's just again. The five of us. It will be hectic once again in our household but we have done this before, and everything will be ok.

I worked from home today because we drove nanay to the airport -- dude skipped working today because the kids need support from the big change. It was productive for me in a sense because I did other tasks that needs doing @ work. When I'm in the office I am focused on doing programming tasks. When I'm at home I am more focused on communicating with the team.

I ran today because I don't want to pay $5 on Friday. Tomorrow I'll run again to complete my health goals for the week. Funny thing -- this week was not really eating healthy. I bought chocolate cake and a chocolate bar. A while ago I was eating chips. Not good.

Tomorrow will be a quick day. First half of the day we'll wake up early and drive off to Highpoint to dude's work with the kids. I'll drop them off there.

In the office, I'll work for half a day. Then in the afternoon we'll have the launch party. There will be drinking once again and party food. I probably should not eat a lot during the day so I could eat a little bit more during the party.

At lunch I could probably squeeze in a short run. To tick my goals for the week. Next time I'll change the goal to one run and two kettlebell sessions for the week because it's getting colder.

I know we're just going into the winter season but I am looking forward to planting sunflowers in our backyard. I want to see a whole lot of sunflowers and take a photo of them and record their progress.

This only goes to show that I am excited about gardening lately. I am looking forward to finishing my mulching project. I'll finish the whole patch of square in our garden. Then, I'll start preparing our mini garden beds the rest of autumn to start our veggie patch garden project.

I'm looking forward to the long weekends ahead. That's the holy week. That's the time where we can rest, do stay at home, explore Victoria, work on the garden, decorate the kids' room, swim? or go to the gym?
