I woke up answering a call from pagerduty. Not ideal but it's necessary.
-
I managed to squeeze in two rounds of kettlebell exercises while preparing to go to work.
-
When I got in the office, I ran our daily scrum. Then I went off to a short training session -- I spent two hours there. I think it was not the best way to spend two hours in the office. I could have worked on my task instead and finish it.

I managed to merge in one PR but I noticed it needs more work. I would love to finish it tomorrow -- merged and done! I don't want to come back to it again.

When I got home -- there's still time to jog outside.
Sometimes it's good to ask the question why? Why am I doing my best to squeeze in some physical activity within the week? Because, I still have a long way to go. We haven't purchased a home yet. I have to be strong to achieve this goal. Once we have a mortgage, it's becomes apparent that I still have to last even longer to pay off the rest.
Right now, I'm reading up on how to eat right. Macro nutrients: protein, fats, and carbohydrates. I am learning slowly. I'll start on a weekend -- Sunday would be perfect because I'm not busy on Sundays.
With the exercises, I do not have a gym membership right now. All I have is my body, and a 16KG kettlebell. I am using BJ Gaddour's youtube videos as a reference for my kettlebell workouts. Once I've exhausted all those resources and I still want to progress. That's the time I'll sign up for a gym membership.
I've always wanted a Dyson vacuum cleaner. I've decided to buy one already. I've never used our vacuum cleaner eversince I was shown it was not an effective way to clean the house.
