DPMAP Smart Objectives - 11/9/2017

Timeline

  • 1 Dec elements entered by employee
  • 31 Dec no more changes (90 day window)
  • 1 FEB midpoint review
  • 31 MAR end of rating cycle (every year)
  • 1 APR - 31 MAR regular cycle
  • only 5 mo rating 1st cycle then changes to whole year

Why

  • set goals for the year
  • AR 10-1 AMEDDC&S goals
  • SharePoint for goals
  • roll up as a whole for lvl 5

Tactical

  • no acroymns / or spell it out
  • SP library for standards and bullets // 70 pages
  • Fully Successful level

  • how reqs are to be evaluated

Odds and Ends

  • DPMAP will store all evaluations
