Python SimpleCookie expires tests

cookie_jar = cookies.SimpleCookie()

cookie_jar["foo"] = "bar"
cookie_jar["foo"]["expires"] = 3600
print(cookie_jar.output())  # Expires is automatically set to one hour in the future, with right format


cookie_jar["foo"]["expires"] = datetime.now() + timedelta(seconds=3600)
print(cookie_jar.output())  # Expires is not output to the right format (accepted by Chrome, but not by Firefox which makes it a session cookie)
