Generally, I think the document is very well-prepared and addresses most of the important problems that startups face in their early stages.

1. On the Annual Competition

I don’t think this is a good idea, as the startups likely to win these competitions aren’t necessarily the ones that will succeed in the market. The real competition is in the market itself; everything else is just for show.

2. Concerns on the Digital Startup Portal

People's trust in these new proclamations will heavily depend on the effective implementation of this portal. I sincerely hope they ensure it is at least functional.

3. Timeline for Registering for Designated Startup Status

The response time on the application status should be shorter. 30 days seems way too long especially for startups.

4. Members of the National Designation Committee

Members of the NDC should be chosen with great care to avoid any conflicts of interest.

5. Funding of the Grant Program

Using taxpayer money to provide "grants" to private enterprises feels highly inappropriate.

6. Functions of the Fund of Funds

The purpose of the fund of funds seems somewhat unclear.
