For ESCs, my current preference is KISS 18A v1.1; second choice BLHeli 12A Quad Pack which I have seen tested up to 22A. I have personally tested the KISS 18A well in excess of that for short bursts under ample airflow; I feel comfortable bursting them to 30A.
