We love the web! Our focus is creating great web and mobile apps for our clients, though we also teach what we know and help other teams get to speed in new technologies. Our clients are a mix of small entrepreneurs and big companies that want to benefit from our deep web knowledge, mostly JavaScript. Our staff is an international mix of designers, frontenders, backenders and a dog. We have offices in Madrid and Barcelona and we usually hold internal workshops, weekends, roundtables, hackatons, paellas, anything that motivates us and pushes us forward. We’re also putting up a regular tech school and many other activities.
We are looking for a lead generation and inside sales rep.
The job is to be identify and follow up with leads across the whole sales process.
The kind of tasks involved are:
- Follow up with leads via skype, email...
- Find and qualify leads
- Educate prospects on our services and processes
- Help set up a sales & marketing strategy
- Help with the creation and improvement of sales material (proposals, leaflets, landing pages..)
- Increase sales pipeline through lead generation efforts
- Contribute to targeted marketing plans and other marketing campaigns.
- Measure and improve sales and marketing effort
- A true interest in sales, the web and being better everyday
- Direct experience in sales
- Knowledge about setting up a sales department
- Ability to learn quickly and provide detailed information to prospects and clients
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills required
- Organized, ability to multi-task, detail oriented and a team player
- Great time-management skills
- Proactivity. We want you to be able to work independently though following guidelines
- Be fluent in spoken and written English
- Eager to learn and make Redradix better
- To be based in Madrid or Barcelona
- Base salary up to 40k + comission, based on experience
