PR #1779 removed every cats-effect integration from the kyo repository. Three
modules were deleted: the direct kyo-cats bridge, the kyo-compat cats-effect
backend, and the kyo-scheduler-cats runtime. Only the comparison benchmarks
still depend on cats-effect, and they are not an integration anyone consumes.
The integrations themselves are useful and some projects already depend on them.
