Project: Black Thursday

Project Expectations: What does each group member hope to get out of this project? Goals and expectations:
I expect to learn as we work on the project not only through my own work, but through the work of my partners. 
I also expect to finish it. Young- finish, Gitworkflow, learn to use branches. Adrian Organize + readable.
Schedule Expectations: When are we available to work together and individually?
I'm open everyday of every hour except sunday mornings. 
Young - available most afternoons
Adrian - Doesn't like to wake up early.

Communication Expectations: How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?
As often as we can and need. Salck will be our way of communication. Waffle.IO

Abilities Expectations: Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement:
Grow in my basic knowledge of ruby, more specific in algorithms.
Young - File.IO, refactoring, Github
Adrian - File.IO, Github workflow

Workload Expectations: What features do we each want to work on?
Depends on what my partners also decide and time. I think it's a good idea to start together then branch out.

Workflow Expectations: Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests: 
Git workflow, Definitely commit more often than not. Get more comfortable using the language and key controls.

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:
Always give feed back and always give constructive feed back.
