How you've used agile as a process at Turing and what kind of project management tools you utilized. Address these questions:
What were you already doing?
Setting small attainable goals for the project, completeing those, refactoring, testing, and then moving on to the next piece.
What did you put into place in Module Two?
did some user testing on projects to see what others thought.
What was effective?
small sprints, refactors, testing, etc...
What do you want to improve on in future projects?
I would like to implement more user testing and feedback.
Description of the role you played in your pair/group projects this module -- what was your role as a teammate?
Typically I like to keep the project on schedule and focused. I like to start with an MVP and plans of where we might go
once the MVP has been met. I think it is important to break the project into many small pieices, tackle them, test, refactor and then move on to the next thing.
How did you utilize your strengths and leadership skills?
It is my goal to make my knowledge avaliable but to also allow others to come to their own understanding of the subject.
I work very hard at communicating well and often suggest that we delete code and write it again just to solidify understanding.
