This was sent by a New Relic account executive to one of my co-workers as a
follow-up to the trial. Generally speaking, it's a good idea to not patronise
your potential customers. There's no room for more than a single dot in a
business e-mail. Use a spell-checker for your e-mails if you can't spell. Write
in clear English. What do you think?
Hello <name>, | |
I hope you had a good weekend. It's unfortunate you didn't throw more Apps
and Servers up to test with New Relic....you really don't have much traffic
with the Master App. | |
I haven't heard from you the whole trial. Is it safe to say you're not
pursing the Pro Edition? Standard and Lite are quite "gutted"....meaning
you'll be alerted on the problem but can't fix it.
Kind Regards, | |

A second exchange of e-mails in reply to something along the lines "Thank you but we're mostly node.js and you're a bit pricey".
I couldn't be making this up even if I wanted to!
