Casual user, how would I use this?
Sadly this really isn't for the casual user. Instructions here. I wish the constant was configurable but it's hard coded. To make this one tiny change you have to re-compile all of Chromium. And the result will be a custom version of "Chromium" not "Google Chrome". Chromium lacks a few special things like support for viewing WideVine DRM content which is necessary to use any streaming service.
Strange default 5 done for who? Looks like we were on top of UI design in early 2000-s until Google decided their users are idiots.

I now know that "github" works since I asked about this some time ago. :)
Years!
Casual user, how would I use this? Additionally my original question was also about 'pinning' chosen bookmarks of the now increased "bookmark(s) added" feature. You know, the most used ones stay available not to be moved down and away by a large series of "new folder" bookmarks created.
Think this could also be coded?
Thanks for your reply and your fix.
