I had to make these changes to get it to run.

Line 68: Changed Flags = DXGI.SWAP_CHAIN(0) to Flags = {},
Line 287: Changed swapchain->Present(1, 0) to swapchain->Present(1, {})
Added SDL2.dll to executable directory

Both changes involve using empty flag sets rather than raw integer values, following Odin's type system requirements for flags.
