Running a full review of all four brand elements against the NeuroDiver Brand Kit. I'll cross-reference each against the kit's tone rules, do-say/don't-say list, brand personality, and positioning statement.

Summary

The four elements show strong strategic intent and real alignment with the brand's core identity. The personality attributes are solid. However, the Value Proposition conflates audience-facing copy with investor metrics, the Unique Differentiator is a bullet list rather than a statement, and the Tone Example carries a compliance risk that needs to be resolved before any public use.

Biggest strength: "Inside knowledge, not outside assumptions" — this phrase is distinctive, true, and on-brand. It should be protected and used consistently across all four elements.
