1st round of Action items agreed during 1st meeting
- start using github and gists, encourage transferring knowledge
- cull zombies, put up a form
- schedule mid-term meet-ups with talk and open mic / speed talk. this should help building a list of hot topics potentially to be used for workshops / conference
here is a list of points to be discussed with devcon.core. some of the points came out as a result of the survey sent in february, a recap is published here. everyone in devcon should feel free to add / update as needed.
either a 1 day or more talks or workshops, but we must define a sustainable strategy for generating interesting / relevant content
worth creating a group so we can connect each other?
current form is super slow and really tricky to add any content in case we decide to start sharing some content
we need to discuss if we want to cull them, maybe refresh the invitation with a confirmation form and leave it open for a period then get rid of people who don't submit (problem: how to get rid of them from slack / docs? ouch...)
