tutorial: How to generate per_queue report for your School on Libraryh3lp

  1. Login to Dashboard of LibraryH3lp

  2. Select "Chat Reports" in the left Side bar (right)

    • 2.1 On the Select box beside Choose Report Select "Chat per queue"

    • 2.2 Select the start and end dates

    • 2.3 Set the Minimum Chat Duration to 0

    • 2.4 Unselect Queues

    • 2.5 Select Guelph

    • 2.5 Click on Generate

  3. Ajouter du contenu

    • 3.1 Cliquer sur "SAVE"
