Instructions

You'll need to go into the arcade's service menu. There are buttons on the hardware itself, one will reset into a arcade technician's menu, aka NAOMI System Menu. Once there, go to Game Test Mode > Game Configuration. Exit out of Game Configuration each time a code is entered for the level jump to apply.

Codes must be entered in order, & jump you to the XP levels of: 24 (unlock 16 characters), 72 (unlock 8 characters), 84 (unlock 4 characters) respectively.
