@technikamateur So I should just change all the deb.debian.org portions of the repo in the sources list to , in my case, this: debian.uchicago.edu?
And should security.debian.org also be changed? Like this: security.debian.uchicago.edu?
So my final testing sources.list should be as follows??

@UncleSpellbinder exactly what I have.
Just one thing to add: It's possible to use a local Debian mirror to reduce their server load for all non security sources. In addition you will get a greater download speed in most cases, since you should select the nearest mirror.
