Create an orphan branch named `gh-pages`

git checkout --orphan gh-pages

Be sure to be on branch gh-pages at this time. If you've strayed:

git checkout gh-pages

Make some stuff:

echo "ampersand ennbee'esspee;" > internets.html

Add/commit

git add .
git commit -m "&nbsp; what is meaning? &nbsp;"

git push -u origin gh-pages
