LLP AGREEMENT
(Under Section 23 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008)
This Agreement is executed at New Delhi on 17 July 2025.
Between:
Sh. Sanidhay Kumar S/o Sanjeev Kumar, residing at H No. M-53A, 3rd Floor, Near Savitri Nagar Shiv Mandir, Malviya Nagar, South Delhi, Delhi – 110017 (“First Partner”/“Sanidhay”); and
Sh. Sandeep Kumar Sehgal S/o Sunil Sehgal, residing at N-9/5, 3rd Floor, DLF Phase 2, Near Gauri Shankar Mandir, Sector 25, Sikanderpur, Gurugram, Haryana – 122002 (“Second Partner”/“Sandeep”).
The above are collectively referred to as the “Partners” and individually as a “Partner”. Both shall be Designated Partners under the LLP Act, 2008.
Recitals
A. The Partners desire to form a limited liability partnership under the name “MAKE MY AGENT LLP” (the “LLP”) to carry on the business defined herein.
B. The Partners wish to record their mutual rights and obligations and other terms of partnership.

## Vector spaces, linear maps and bases
### 1.1 Introduction
The subject of these notes is linear algebra. In Semester 1 we started to study this topic when we introduced matrices and linear systems of equations.
Let's begin with an informal description of what linear algebra is all about. The story begins with a field, which is an algebraic object $\mathbb{F}$ with two binary operations, addition and multiplication, satisfying axioms which we recognise from the real numbers $\mathbb{R}$. The basic object of study in linear algebra is a vector space which is a set $V$ of "vectors" together with addition and subtraction, where we can also rescale vectors by elements of the field $\mathbb{F}$. The prototypical example of a vector space is $V=\mathbb{F}^{n}$, and this was the context in which we studied (and solved) systems of linear equations last semester.
